A brief conversation to understand your business, identify the process you want to improve, and determine whether Campbell Workflow may be able to help.
Free AI Workflow Review.
We examine one repetitive process, identify bottlenecks and failure points, map a better workflow, and recommend practical next steps.
Implementation proposal.
You receive a written proposal explaining the recommended system, project scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and price.
Approval and deposit.
There is no obligation to proceed. If you approve the proposal, implementation begins after the required deposit is paid.
Build, test, and launch.
Campbell Workflow builds, connects, tests, documents, and launches the approved system.
Ongoing support.
Optional ongoing support may include monitoring, troubleshooting, adjustments, documentation updates, and continued workflow improvement.
The discovery call and AI Workflow Review are provided at no cost. If you decide to proceed, system implementation is quoted separately and begins after the written proposal is approved and the required deposit is paid. Implementation pricing depends on the complexity and scope of the approved project.
