Free discovery call.
A brief conversation to understand your business, identify the process you want to improve, and determine whether Campbell Workflow may be able to help.
Free Lead-Response Review.
We examine your lead process, identify bottlenecks and failure points, map a better workflow, and recommend practical next steps.
Implementation proposal.
You receive a written proposal explaining the recommended system, project scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and price.
Approval and first payment.
There is no obligation to proceed. If you approve the proposal, implementation begins after 50% of the setup price is paid; the balance is due when your system goes live.
Build, test, and launch.
Campbell Workflow builds, connects, tests, documents, and launches the approved system.
Ongoing support.
Optional ongoing support may include monitoring, troubleshooting, adjustments, documentation updates, and continued workflow improvement.
The discovery call and Lead-Response Review are provided at no cost. If you decide to proceed, system implementation begins after the written proposal is approved and the initial payment is made. Plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month-to-month; pay annually and get one month free.
