Terms of Service
These terms apply to the use of this website and to engagements with Campbell Workflow.
Information on this website
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It describes the kind of work Campbell Workflow does; it is not a proposal, a quote, or professional advice for your specific situation.
Discovery calls
A discovery call is an introductory conversation. It does not create a client relationship and does not commit either party to further work.
How work begins
- The AI Workflow Review is provided free of charge for one clearly defined repetitive business process, with no obligation to proceed. Larger reviews involving multiple departments, processes, or systems may require a separate written agreement.
- Implementation is quoted separately in a written proposal covering scope, timeline, pricing, and responsibilities.
- An implementation deposit is required before work begins. The amount and payment schedule will be stated in the written proposal.
- Ongoing monitoring and support, if requested, are arranged under a separate agreement.
Client responsibilities
Results depend partly on factors outside our control, including your cooperation, the access and information you provide, the quality of that information, and the availability of outside services. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final workflow before it is used in production.
No guarantee of outcomes
Campbell Workflow builds and tests systems according to the approved scope. We do not guarantee specific revenue, savings, lead volume, or other business outcomes.
